You agree not to use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website, or interfere with any other party’s use of it. 4. Client Services and Engagement Terms

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, and all software, automations, workflows, templates, and materials developed or used by Iron Brook Digital LLC in delivering the Services, including all associated trademarks, logos, and branding, are the property of Iron Brook Digital LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any deliverables provided to a client are licensed for that client’s internal business use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. These Terms, together with any applicable service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Iron Brook Digital LLC regarding the Website and Services. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
